Just 10 minutes walk from the sights and close to the vibe of the old town
It was a 3-star hotel in every way. A great place for exploring Prague. They offered nice breakfast.
Unfortunately, the street was noisy.
The room was clean and spacious and well located, walking distance to all bars, restaurants and sights
Overall good service.
nothing beats being in pav. we loved this place, it has fine rooms and service. besides, we parked our car nearby. it's short walk from restaurace u fleku, good for a little drink.
The hotel is in an excellent location, the staff helpful and polite and the accomodation is modern, clean and comfortable.
Our room was near the bar, and could be noisy in the evening.
Staff were very helpful towards us and hotel was within easy walking distance of all the major sights. Clean and very spacious rooms and good value for money. Breakfast was plenty and with very good choice.
Location was fantastic. Only 15 minute walk to most of the major sites. Room was clean, not much atmosphere in the hotel however.
I liked the room as it was a good, comfortable and clean room in an exciting area close to the center, but also sourrounded by bars, pubs, brewery and shopping center. The atmosphere and the staff was friendly - absolutely to be recommended!
very nice hotel, well located, very clean, nice big room, nice breakfast
Friendly staff, good location and clean rooms last but not least a good breakfast.
excellent location, good sized rooms, value for money
Front desk staff could be a bit friendlier - we had to take our own luggage up to luggage room on 2nd floor which also could be a security issue, i.e theft
From the moment of stepping into the hotel until the check-out, everything was far above the average. The front desk staff was very flexible and friendly. The breakfast buffet exceeded expectations.
Beware, a week before the check-in, they will block an amount exceeding the bill from your credit card!
Central location to the main shopping street. Quiet during night. Simple and clean room, nice and warm bathroom. Good deal.
You are still allowed to smoke in this country, so you can not escape sigarette smokers who can sometimes make the lobby smelly.
It was convenient to all the sights my friends and I want to visit. Also the staff at the front desk was always helpful and the breakfast buffet was quite a value.
There was only one computer with internet access available in the hotel and I always had to wait to access emails. Likewise there was only one toaster in the buffet and had to wait to use the toaster.
Location for the National Theatre and old town was excellent - tickets for Carmen, ordered on line, were waiting at the desk. The twin room was ideal form my daughter and I. Breakfast choice was the best I've had on the Continent.
The only criticism is that maybe you need a friendly smile from Reception when you turn up after a long flight and Metro journey.
